Perhaps the only picture of me which I like...maybe because it really doesn't look like me!

Hi there!

I’m one of the millions of avid readers out there who really really wants to be able to introduce herself as a writer. Well… I’m working on it.  For now, however, I content myself  with being the funkiest English teacher you ever met! 

I love teaching English as it gives me an excuse to talk about what I love: Books! Words! Reading! Writing! And all that jazz…

I’ve decided to start this blog so that I can spend even more of my time writing about the books I have loved (or hated) to read, and the books I’m one day going to write. 

I live in Neath with my husband, Nick, and our dog, Rikku. When I’m not teaching, blogging, reading or writing, I’m probably wasting my time on the PS3 or being equally lazy.
